What is it about?

Why the anticipation?
Fresh on the heel of a highly-successful 2012 crossover film The Avengers, where he won the 2013 People's Choice Award for Favourite Movie Actor, Robert Downey Jr. will reprise his role as Iron Man in the 3rd installation of this movie franchise. From the trailer itself, it seems like Iron Man 3 is delving into deeper issues surrounding/haunting its main character. All in all, Iron Man 3 appears to be a darker film compared to its previous 2 movies.

Why the anticipation?
Trekkies would definitely not want to miss this sequel to the 2009's release, and the 12th Star Trek film.
If you're not a Star Trek fan, don't fret. The high-tech machinery action scenes, explosions, graphics, cinematic and Chris Pine's piercing blue eyes would definitely keep you in your seat.

What is it about: The main plot has not been revealed yet, but from the movie trailers, the main character Dominic Toretto's (Vin Diesel) thought-to-be-dead girlfriend, Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) has resurfaced and there was a plot to assassinate him. From what we've known about the other Fast and Furious films, you can expect gun fights, high-speed car chase, incredible driving skills, gorgeous automobiles and plenty of explosions.

Why the anticipation?
Superheroes and childhood comic characters appear to be all the rave these recent years. With the success enjoyed by other films adapted from comics, it seems like Superman should jump onto the bandwagon. Well, they do say that if it ain't broken, don't fix it. However, the producers claimed that Man of Steel will have no relations with the previous film series. Guess we'll have to wait and see exactly how different things are in this one then.
